Welcome to the CrashPRM, 'Press Release Manager', an online solution which ensures timely delivery of press releases and/or images to mailing lists at the touch of a button in their own or clients corporate look and feel.

The PRM also allows our clients' press releases and images to be stored within our archive thus allowing the media who are registered (to PRM) to download them at a more convenient time/location, this may be when media users have returned from their assignment or back on a broadband or office connection/computer.

E-MAIL TRACKING & REPORTING

Each and every press release is electronically tracked and provides the client with a report of how many press releases have been successfully distributed, the date of distribution and the time. It also gives feedback on how many have been read by the recipients, a vital tool in any PR campaign. The system will also notify our administrators of how many e-mails/press releases were returned due to delivery issues/incorrect e-mail addresses, these will be re-sent again over a period of one week and, if still unsuccessful the addresses will be passed back to the client.

TOTALLY CUSTOMISED PRESS RELEASES

The delivery of a client press release can be in the corporate look and feel of each and every client. Therefore if a PR company has 20 clients all wishing to distribute press releases to their individual mailing lists, each and every one of them can be customised to their own look and feel.

Each press release is personalised and addressed to the individual media representative, a feature which helps encourage users to open and read their e-mails as opposed to receiving an unsolicited e-mail or press release.

TOTAL CONTROL FOR THE PRO/COMPANY

The CrashPRM client (PRO/Company) has total control in that they can upload/edit/delete their press releases from any location around the world, all you need is an internet connection, and you can even do it on someone else's computer, just log into the CrashPRM system and deliver your release at the touch of a button.

The CrashPRM user (media) has total control in that they can choose which press releases to receive. They can request the format of e-mail/release as well as requesting that images/attachments are not distributed. This is a useful feature for travelling media attending events around the world who are sometimes at the mercy of slow internet and telephone connections, as they can choose to download attachments once they are back in their offices on quicker broadband connections, or choose to forward the attachments and releases to a third party for editing/publication.

Each client/company can create their own individual mailing list(s) which are totally confidential, can be kept separate and will not be divulged to any other client/user.

INDIVIDUAL FORMAT

Clients/Users can select within their profile of how they wish to deliver/receive their press releases - using plain text, HTML, PDF and/or a PDF hyperlink.
